Annual "Helping Others" License Agreement

Here's the Short Version

The Annual Helping Others License allows one individual professional to use eligible InnerWhim Studio digital products they purchase directly with the people they personally teach, counsel, support, or serve.

Annual License: $47/year (that's less than $4/month!)

You May

Use eligible purchased resources with the individuals you personally serve
Print copies for your own students, clients, patients, participants, or program attendees
Use eligible resources during your own classes, sessions, programs, or other direct professional work
Reprint copies as reasonably needed during your active license period
Keep backup copies of purchased digital files for your own licensed use

You May Not

Share digital files with clients, students, coworkers, or others
Give another professional your copy of a file
Upload files to a shared drive, intranet, learning-management system, or other shared-access location
Use one license for multiple professionals, classrooms, departments, or locations
Sell or redistribute the resources
Use the artwork to advertise or promote a business or organization
Incorporate the artwork into products, publications, or materials for sale
Claim the artwork as your own
Upload the artwork or files to AI training, image-generation, machine-learning, or similar systems

About This License

The Annual Helping Others License is designed for individual professionals who want to use eligible InnerWhim Studio digital resources directly in their work supporting others.

This may include:

Teachers
Therapists
Counselors
School psychologists
Social workers
Librarians
Nonprofit professionals
Faith-community professionals
Other helping professionals

The license applies only to eligible digital products you have purchased separately. Purchasing the Annual Helping Others License does not provide access to or include the purchase of InnerWhim Studio digital products unless a particular offer expressly states otherwise.

By purchasing the Annual Helping Others License, you agree to the terms of this agreement, including the annual renewal terms described below. Purchase HERE!

What You May Do

During your active license period, one licensed professional may:

✔ Download and save eligible purchased files to their own devices.

✔ Print copies for use with the students, clients, patients, participants, or other individuals they personally serve.

✔ Use printed copies of eligible resources during their own classes, counseling or therapy sessions, educational programs, library programs, nonprofit programs, faith-community programs, or similar direct professional work.

✔ Reprint copies as reasonably necessary for those permitted uses during the active license period.

✔ Provide permitted printed copies to the individuals they personally serve when doing so is part of the intended professional use of the resource.

✔ Keep backup copies of purchased digital files for their own licensed use.

✔ Use a product in any additional manner specifically permitted on the individual product page or through written permission from InnerWhim Studio.

One Professional, One License

Unless otherwise stated, each Annual Helping Others License is granted to one individual professional.

The license does not extend to coworkers, other teachers, therapists or counselors, departments, an entire school, practice, nonprofit, library system, faith community, company, or other organization.

For example, a teacher may use an eligible resource with students in their own classroom. A therapist may use an eligible resource directly with their own clients. A librarian may use an eligible resource in programs they personally conduct.

The digital files themselves may not be distributed to those students, clients, participants, or other individuals or shared with other professionals.

If several people within your organization would like to use an InnerWhim Studio resource, please contact us about multi-user or organizational licensing.

License Term & Automatic Renewal

The Annual Helping Others License is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the license automatically renews for additional 12-month periods until canceled. Your payment method will be charged the applicable renewal price at the beginning of each renewal period.

You may cancel future automatic renewal through the subscription-management options provided with your purchase account.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your professional-use license remains valid through the end of the 12-month period for which you have already paid.

At the end of your active license period, your Helping Others professional-use permissions end. You may retain digital products you previously purchased, but any continued use of those products is subject to the applicable Personal Use License unless you renew your Helping Others License or obtain another applicable license.

Your Introductory Annual Rate

The introductory price for the Annual Helping Others License is $47 per year.

Your $47 annual renewal rate will remain in effect for as long as your license remains continuously active, subject to the terms of this agreement.

If you cancel your license and later purchase a new Annual Helping Others License, the price and terms available at the time of the new purchase will apply.

Digital Products Are Purchased Separately

The Annual Helping Others License provides professional-use permission. It does not provide access to InnerWhim Studio's entire digital product library.

Digital products are purchased separately at their listed prices.

During your active license period, the Helping Others permissions apply to eligible digital products you have purchased, whether the eligible product was purchased before or during the active license period.

Individual product pages may identify whether a particular resource is eligible for Helping Others use or contains additional product-specific terms.

Digital Files & Sharing

Purchased digital files are for use by the individual licensed professional.

You may not email, message, upload, distribute, transfer, or otherwise provide the digital source files to students, clients, patients, families, coworkers, colleagues, or other individuals.

Printed copies may be provided to the individuals you personally serve when doing so is part of the permitted professional use of the resource.

Multi-User & Organizational Use

The Annual Helping Others License does not provide organization-wide or multi-user rights.

A separate license or written permission may be required when:

Multiple professionals need to use the same resource
A resource will be used by multiple classrooms or departments
Multiple business, school, library, nonprofit, or organizational locations need access
Digital files need to be stored somewhere accessible to multiple users
An organization wants broader rights than those provided to one individual professional

Commercial & Promotional Use

The Annual Helping Others License does not include commercial licensing rights.

Unless you receive separate written permission or an appropriate commercial license, you may not use InnerWhim Studio artwork or resources:

In products or materials offered for sale
In paid publications or commercial courses
In advertising or promotional materials
In business branding, logos, or merchandise
In packaging or product design
In marketing campaigns or social media advertising
In another product or resource intended for distribution or resale

All artwork, illustrations, character designs, written content, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of InnerWhim Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product or an Annual Helping Others License does not transfer ownership of the copyright or any other intellectual property rights.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

InnerWhim Studio artwork, illustrations, digital resources, and files may not be uploaded to, incorporated into, or used to train artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, datasets, image-generation systems, or similar technologies unless expressly authorized by InnerWhim Studio in writing.

License Violations

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, resale, commercial use, multi-user use, or other use outside the permissions granted by this license may result in termination of the license and may constitute copyright or other intellectual property infringement.

InnerWhim Studio reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
